Texture Load Breaks when Textures Stored Above Level File

If you set up a project so that the sprite assets are in a directory above where the level and project files are stored, the project asserts in OgmoTileset's constructor when trying to read in the Texture2D. The directory path that the reader is using is off. However, the project and level works fine in the Ogmo Editor.
 
The directory looks something like this:

-- [Sprites]- Bricks.png
`````-- [Ogmo]
- proj.oep- [Levels]`````````````````- lev.oel
